Our products are digital downloads, so you receive them straight away after purchase.
If a file is faulty, won't open, or isn't as described, email us and we'll fix it, replace it or refund you. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law aren't affected by anything on this page.
If you've simply changed your mind after downloading, we're generally unable to offer a refund, but please get in touch. We're always happy to help you get the book working for you.
Our books help you organise information. They aren't legal, financial, tax or compliance advice. Requirements such as child-related checks, AGM rules, insurance and annual returns vary by state and change over time, so always confirm them with the relevant authority.
When you buy, our checkout provider (Payhip) collects the details needed to process your order and deliver your download, such as your name, email and payment details. We use your email to send your purchase and any product updates. If you join our "notify me" list, we use your email only to tell you about new or updated books, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
We don't sell your information. The information you type into our books stays in your own file on your own device. We can't see it.
